Two-roll shredders are fitted with toothed disc cutters, attached to the shaft. Two shafts rotating in opposite directions capture the raw material and crush it. Cutters of two-roll shredders are made of high-alloy hardened steel that allows crushing abrasive raw material with «critical» content of mineral and metallic impurities, without any consequences. Worn cutters are subject to recovery so you do not need to buy new cutters.
Feeding hopper and other assemblies that require their removal for maintenance are quick release. This allows for inspection, lubrication and minor repairs in a short time.
The shredder includes a control station, which program provides overload protection, reverse when rolls are blocked.
The fraction obtained by grinding may be calibrated in size from 10 to 100 mm. This shredder is equipped with a grid-calibrator.
